The Story of Everything, April 21, 2023 at UC Berkeley
Engaging the Senses Foundation presents the premiere California showing of The Story of Everything, a multimedia film that illuminates the intersection between science, the environment, the arts, and mindfulness through the storytelling of Hawai’i’s first Poet Laureate, Kealoha. Please join us on April 21, 2023 at UC Berkeley, in Wheeler Auditorium from 7:00pm – 9:00pm. Doors open at 6:30 pm. The event is free and open to the public, with special appearances by Kealoha and artist Solomon Enos.
Our film screening special event is co-sponsored by ETSF’s partners Berkeley Arts Research Center (ARC), The Native Arts and Cultures Foundation (NACF) and The Arion Press.
In an era when we face both the knowledge that the historical and present-day injustices of systemic racism consistently expose people of color to reduced quality of life, and that the world itself is in peril due to climate change, a project focused on light, on solutions, and on the transmission of hope is a cause for celebration. We hope you’ll join us!
