Tea Recipes to Strengthen Your Intuition

Below are some tea recipes that you can follow to help strengthen your energy and your connection with your soul and intuition.

All of these recipes need to be made with intention for the best effects. When crafting you tea, be sure to set your intention and follow your instincts when it comes to exact quantities and so on.

Please note: for all these recipes it is best to use organic when possible. These recipes are designed to be taken straight before bed. These teas may interact with medications and may not be safe for use during pregnancy.

1. Tea for Calming the Mind and Enhancing Intuition

  • 2 tsp of black tea
  • 1 tsp of mugwort
  • 1 tsp of chamomile buds

Steep in around 2 cups of hot water for 1-2 minutes and sip before bed.

2. Tea for Meditation and Prophetic Dreams

  • 2 tsp of white tea leaves
  • 2 tsp of mugwort
  • 1 tsp chamomile buds
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg

Steep for 5-10 minutes in 2-3 cups of hot water and drink before your nightly mediation or bed. For best results, keep a dream journal by your bedside so you can write down any prophetic dreams.

3. Tea for Strengthening Clairvoyance

  • 2 tsp chamomile buds
  • 1 tsp lavender buds
  • 1 tsp valerian root
  • pinch of cinnamon

Steep in 2 cups of hot water for 1-4 minutes and sip before bed. Best used with third eye opening meditations.

4. Tea for Receiving Psychic Messages and Astral Travel

  • 2 tsp mugwort
  • dash of honey (manuka is preferred)

Steep the mugwort leaves for 10 minutes in 1-2 cups of water, then add the honey. Drink before bed.

5. Tea for Meditation and Visualisation Work

  • 2 tsp green tea leaves
  • 1 tsp rose buds
  • 1 tsp peppermint leaves
  • 1 tsp skullcap

Steep for 5-6 minutes in 2 cups of hot water and drink before nightly meditation or visualisation work. Can also be used for past life regression work or vivid dreams.

6. Tea for Energy Healing while you Sleep 

  • 2 tsp of chamomile buds
  • 1 tsp of dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp passionflower
  • 1 tsp lemon balm
  • 1 tsp peppermint

Steep for 4-5 minutes in around 2 cups of hot water. Drink just before bed.
